The Team

Marc focusses on development and design projects for MACH, currently overseeing approximately £100m worth of residential projects. Marc’s aim is to incorporate uncompromised engineering and quality into any project he is involved with, but not overlook the way people want to live and use their homes.

Prior to MACH, Marc spent a number of years in research-based roles at companies such as Microsoft, J.P Morgan and Knight Frank before launching his own Property Development Company ‘388 Development’ in 2020

Charles focusses on overall strategy, acquisition, and sale of assets for our clients. Charles puts great importance on personal relationships and taking a clinical approach to acquiring and owning real estate assets. He draws on great experience in both prime and super-prime markets to provide detailed analysis on the market and specific geographies.

Prior to MACH, Charles has worked at both Savills and Knight Frank, most recently as a Partner in the Knight Frank Private Office and was Knight Frank’s Wealth Ambassador for Greater China. Charles has been involved with the acquisition and sale of in excess of £2bn.

Tilly runs the operational side of the business, supporting the team with client management, property inspections and office administration.

Prior to MACH, Tilly gained broad and valuable experience from administration, client management and negotiator roles within two of the largest property firms in the UK.
